I've always loved the interview process - the thrill of landing an interview, the opportunity to present in front of new people, negotiating your compensation package - but I understand this isn't the case for everyone. For many, the employment process can be intimidating, nerve-wracking and deflating. For these reasons, people often put off taking their next step or give up altogether.

 

That's where I come in - I'm here to support you on your employment journey and help make the recruitment process fulfilling, exciting and, dare I say it, enjoyable.

 

A little about me…

 

Whilst at University, I spent four years working as a tour guide at a local Whisky Distillery - I loved it. In this role, I spoke in front of large groups every day - I was able to hone my presentation skills and build my confidence talking to people I'd never met before. After University, I joined one of the UK's top Graduate Schemes and spent two years working abroad, selling and marketing Scotch Whisky. I've since spent the last six years working in a range of Sales and Marketing roles in the Wine & Spirits and Technology industries.

 

During my career, I've completed extensive training on Presentation Skills, Negotiation, Public Speaking and People Management. I've spent time as a hiring manager, building a team and gaining exposure to a wide range of candidates. I've sat on both sides of the table through the recruitment process many times.
